"The hotel is about 2 km. from the beautiful city, so very central and quiet. it offers on 4 stars level, a beautiful environment, in summer breakfast or dinner is very pleasant. the h. has a very nice wellness area that are equipped with the personal, with taking out a starts very nice and helpful. only missing the space of fittness, with two broken bikes and a support bench, that was the space too small! so only 4 stars."

"Apéro means, as I still know in Swiss gastronomy since my semester holiday, Aperitiv and the best time for it was always between 17 and 19 o'clock, so almost between teatime and dinner. Today we were arranged for lunch with a very good friend of my wife in the Saarbrücker apero culture. My wife took part in a tasting organised by Slow Food Saarland while I was always on my way to the dentist or dentist. in the doctor's office. The apero is primarily an Italian fine food shop, which has been operated by a German couple in recent years and also sends its goods via the Internet (www.apero genusskultur.de). In addition, two daily changing pasta dishes are offered for lunch at the price of 15,90 and various cold dishes; from 6 pm there are many very different pizzas. Since the two pasta dishes were not specified in detail, only one dish from the starter area was considered for me: only Ham for EUR 14.00 and equipped with Parma 24 DOP, San Daniele 14 DOP, Tuscan land ham from Cinta Senese, salt pastries and Piedmontese hazelnuts. When we were reserved in the back guest room on the table for us, a young man brought us the card and we first ordered the drinks: a yellow fruit limonade called Lurisia Nostra Limonata (0.33l EUR 3,90) for my wife, for the girlfriend of every water (0.33l EUR 3,25) and for me a craft beer called Birra Follina Bramosa Tattoo (0.33l EUR 5,00). Even after that, I didn't. When the drinks were taken, I asked the serviceman about today's pasta; Ravioli, filled with potatoes and anger, and Busiata with spiced salsicia . In the area of Pasta, Busiata had never been with me; the young man went with Pasta to the sales shelves and came back with a bag of the said Busiata to show them to me: a dark twisted noodle that reminds me very much of the zöpfli of Birkel of the structure. For the sake of caution, I asked him whether in this dish the tomatoes I had not loved were in play; he couldn't tell me about it, but he wanted to be smart with the kitchen. Shortly afterwards he came back and gave warning: No tomatoes! So I ordered this court for me, my wife for herself, and the girlfriend took the ravioli. Both ladies took as dessert two eggs ice (EUR 3,40); my wife Mango and hazelnut, the girlfriend lemon and yogurt. When our food came to me almost the blow: the Busiata bathed in a thick tomato sauce. Get the vultures; What did I actually ask and get total warning? Stinkesauer tortured me with a lot of overcoming four forks, then I put the cutlery to the side and decided to stop eating this dish. When the operator retired after our satisfaction, I gently confronted her with my discontent and the fact that the young man, apparently a student assistant, apparently had bound a bear with his design. Your answer: I'm sure he understood it wrong. What does it have on my very simple question whether tomatoes are in the dish because they were wrong to understand? In short and well, after further verbal hin and her, I was offered to take my court again and take the Ravioli, of course, without supplement; that's not a big deal and made quick. I agreed, and the ravioli have tasted very well, although apart from the cream sauce, a purely vegetarian dish. This then also gives the rash that I spend four stars in the area of food despite the tomato sauce debakel. There are only two stars in the service sector; so even a student may not be unnecessary to give me the wrong answer to a simple and unambiguous question."

"Although this time our favorite tank had not closed like the last visit to Wölflinger, it was only fully booked as the eagle where we had tried before. Back from the Black Forest we wanted to make the Ash Wednesday evening sound comfortable with a restaurant visit We didn't think many fools wanted. The main crunch, however, was the Valentine's Day, which we had absolutely not on the screen; we don't need a special calendar day to be in love with each other. My wife fell after the Spaniard had dismissed us with the expression of the greatest regrets and had to comfort us on another day, the nearby Wölflinger: If everything is full, we pick Döner on the way home! It had to be a fool, but no fool; In the Wöflinger we have the last free table. For another couple who came after us, a free two table was made obliquely to us by a reserved four-storey table in Windeseile. What's not all. Ambiente: I have described in detail in the last report (see there). Change especially for Valentine's Day: at the tables, petals of red roses were scattered, the ceiling lights were slightly dimmed in favor of candles and on the occasion of this day there was a reduced menu with red hearts. Not three hearts, but three stars for the ambience. Cleanliness: As usual here; four stars. Service: Two thirds of the flashing service trio are known to us: the man who passes a cigarette in between quickly before the door and this time the lady with an already quite peculiar, large-mesh white coat over her normal clothes, remains the carnival costume or especially Valentine's Day? In the end, I saw such transgressions in the flowering period; there were less clothes or as good as nix under it. Besides the two, probably for reinforcement, there was still a boy's mouth in service today. All three were literally picked up the hacks; that everything was even longer than normal, certainly not on them, but because the kitchen could not deal quickly enough with the many orders. Therefore, despite the long waiting times, the service gets four stars from me. Food and drink: My wife drank her ordinary Amaro Averna (EUR 4.50) and then Prosecco Aperol (EUR 4.70), I as a chauffeur from the service Karlsberg Ur-Pils (EUR 0.5l 4.40) As an appetizer we took both soup; they took the potato soup with mushrooms (EUR 6,50) and I took the crab soup (EUR 7,50). As a main dish she chose Fatuccine with salmon and two types of asparagus (EUR 13,50) I chose the ravioli with river cancer in saffron sauce (EUR 14,50). Both soups came in quite small lion head terrariums and looked absolutely and almost identical in color when they looked at their surfaces. My wife loved her potato soup with mushrooms. I only remember my soup: it was very hot. But finally, the shaving crabs were the obvious proof that it was a crab soup; I tasted it as good as not. The fat succines came in fish form, which was known to us from previous visits. There was no taste here. In my ravioli, from which I cannot say with certainty that they were made themselves, neither; on the one hand the crustaceans were very tasty and then the saffron sauce on and over the ravioli also contained some small shrimps, which surpassed the crabs contained in my soup tastefully. Usually I would have given four stars for food and drink, but the unsatisfied crab soup costs half a star, so stay three and a half stars. When the bill was paid, there were the usual Grappa on the house; in the house offer would have been Ramazotti or Underberg. Price/performance ratio: acceptable; four stars. Conclusion: In the last report I wrote here We come occasionally (and if the Spaniard has to) gladly again. I supplement this time as follows: We come occasionally (and if the Spaniard is or is fully booked) gladly again."
