"Went here with my boyfriend - he surprised me. Kin Koa was recommended by a friend of his and it was a great recommendation. The restaurant is very simple and clean but the food is crazy yummy. We wanted to try what the other tables were eating so we ended up ordering the chicken wings (8 or 9 of them in the order) and the grilled marinated pork collar skewers (4 skewers with healthy amounts of meat on each) to start. Great flavours on the wings but that pork was amazing! We then shared the stir fry with Thai basil (chicken) and the yellow curry (chicken) with a side of rice each. I really liked the crunch to the beans in the stir fry. That was really tasty. However, the yellow curry was crazy good, and we would have been fine with just that to share. In the end we were both stuffed and we've got leftovers for lunch tomorrow!! Next time I want to try the papaya salad!!"

"Simple small Thai restaurant. For you get your choice of meat or vegetarian option with rice, deep fried wontons and side salad. The salad was bland. Portions are descent for lunch. We ordered red curry beef and it was good with a thicker consistency....It is served with plain white rice. I prefer coconut rice but suspect that will be an add on price. We also ordered yellow curry chicken but felt that there wasn't enough chicken, more veggie. We went on a week day, not too busy. Free street parking if you can find a spot. It is located in a hustling and bustling part of Fraser Street. The place looked clean. No frills. For groups of six or more they automatically tack on gratuity. Overall good experience and I would return. May want to try the other lunch special items."

"I don't hand out five stars that easily. They need to be earned or something needs to be special about a place. We go to restaurants for food, to eat. But along the way, we would like a little bit of service. And that's where Bob Likes Thai Food gets top marks. The young man serving our table, recently moved to Canada only a few months ago from Thailand. His service was friendly, outgoing and impeccable. He was patient and gave us so much time, not rushing us. Even when he was clearing up plates from our table and people at my table we're speaking with him, he put the plates back down and listened like he really wanted to hear what we were saying. All the other staff that we interacted with in the restaurant from the server to the dishwasher where also amazing. Nice environment. Well done. Oh and by the way, the food was great. Drunken prawns noodle dish all the way.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options available.Parking: Free two hour parking and laneway parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Seems to be okay."

"The restaurant been around for long time , during the good old days , lot of location , but now they all permanently closed , only Cambie location remain open my last visit less few years back , it is a while since my brother and sisters seen each another for once a month get together dinner , decor very cozy clean and spacious , the menu is authentic Thai , Malaysian cuisine , not busy at all , lot of open tablets , I ask for a nice large round tablet , Manager very friendly , good Can Do Attitude , menu lot of choice . little disappointing to say the quality is not the same before the Covid !? it is truly authentic Malaysian cooking before the pandemic , but now ????? their signature Hainanese Chicken is very slimy , the curry is good well balance with the flavour , Satays some items is very dried , but the lamb is delicious , The spicy jumbo Prawns vermicelli so spicy and we request mild ! and the Eggplant so oily almost like Eggplant Soup little pricy what you get and what you pay , also portion are very small for dinner . over all , not impressed , there is a lot of good quality Malaysian restaurants around the area , also beware people with Peanut Allergies , make sure you tell the staff and Manager know , because Malaysian cooking do us a lot of peanut and spicy for their ingredients !"

"My father and I went to Dharma Kitchen for the first time tonight. I thought the food was delicious and portions were good. We went for an early dinner and there were no line-ups and service was decent (good, not memorable). I'll go back."
