"Tried this place while in St Louis. Small disclaimer, I did not have a comparison place for this because I knew walking in it would be unfair to compare to my favorite BBQ spots in Texas. We arrived around 7pm. It was super busy! Service was attentive. When I ordered they made it clear that I could not specify cut of the brisket because they were running low. This sucked because I was left with very fatty brisket which I knew I would hate, but I can 't go to a BBQ spot without trying the brisket. The wings were great. My husband got the ribs, they were really good. I only liked the sweet bestie sauce. The Mac and cheese was yummy, but different. Hated the green beans...I maybe missed the warning that they were chilled and hard. They also lacked flavor. Not my thing. Our bread was burnt, hard, and hollow. Fresh bread would have helped the experience. Definitely a mixed bag experience. 2.75"
