"Came on down to downtown Buffalo for my cousins birthday dinner. I haven't been here in awhile this was only my second time here. If you come in a group try and carpool...parking is hard to find. I was lucky enough to find off street parking. We did make reservations ahead of time. Everything went smooth. Our waiter Tory was amazing! She was very nice. The food was good! We all had a great time."

"I got the swordfish I was very happy with that my girlfriend got the 18 Oz ribeye it was a little tough kind of fatty wouldn't really expect that for a $50 steak but we absolutely love the steamed muscles definitely a nice place to go on a date I typically don't like the fact that the bar is right next to the tables considering this is a small establishment."

"The food is excellent. The buffalo rib was just the best. (Not a bad compliment of Ranchern. The teriyaki salmon was delicious. The historical atmosphere is wonderful. The staff is top notch. Our friendly hostess has made our reservations what we had in mind. Our server, Skyy, was very good and an absolute pleasure. The band in the Occidental was very, very good. Such a group of musicians! Too bad the place was so packed we couldn't stay for lack of space. If you go on Thursday, go early!"

"Visited for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. Everything was absolutely amazing! The food and wine was incredible, the staff were friendly and our server was fantastic. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Everything is very clean and professional. We had the caviar and champagne, the ribeye, the duck, the tiramisu, and the crème brûlée. Highly recommend all of them! Husband and I agree it was the best anniversary dinner we’ve had, hands down!"

"Just passing through and decided to try it out! We had the ribeye, fish, chicken tenders, peach cobbler and banana pudding and everything was excellent! Will definitely be stopping in whenever we pass through again!"

"We’d been dining at Winchester’s for over 20 years and had always enjoyed the food and service. We had the opportunity to reroute our recent road trip to stop there once again. Pro’s: excellent bus-staff, garlic-mashed potatoes, crispy green bean appetizer, the Chicken Parmesan was excellent Con’s: no longer offering the Chicken Pot Pie, the reason we we made the trip!, the chicken fried steak was somewhat tough and gravy was bland. I want to mention that the young bus staff were very attentive, kept our waters full, cleared the empty dishes, very polite!"

"The variety offered my guests were excellent. The onion soup had a deep full taste served at a wonderful temperature. The steak was done to perfection with a great seasoning. My colleague had the chicken which she said was not dry with a great taste. The hot fudge Sunday was large enough for all of us. The attention of the staff was phenomenal."
