"Nice view, if you get seated at a window. Wait staff seem overloaded with assigned tables because it took a long time for basics like taking order, bringing drinks, refilling drinks, and clearing dishes. Food was inconsistent. Some was bland and unimaginative like the cheese bread, some was tasty like the ribeye steaks. Even those were inconsistent, mine was tender and juicy, but my boyfriend's was full of fat and gristle. The peanut butter pie (decimated plate pic) was excellent. Even I liked my bite and I dislike peanut butter! Overall though, very over priced. Even for the view and ambiance."

"Great food. Samuel has great customer service. I went for my friends birthday and he was amazing. I ordered an 18 oz ribeye. Steak was cooked to my liking and steak was well deserved. Thank you for the customer service, performance and quality for food. I will come back soon."

"I proposed to my wife at the Cliff House 58 years ago and we were there this time celebrating our 57th anniversary. It still is a very high-class establishment and the staff really makes you feel special. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on a good steak and a baked potato. The steak hit the mark but there was only one potato option and that was mashed. Now there were really good mashed potatoes but, you know it wasn't what I had my heart set on. Good Lord willin we'll be celebrating our 60th anniversary in a couple of years and we will probably reserve the banquet room downstairs and through a bash for our friends to help us celebrate."
