what an absolute manifestation! I came here with a worker for a random dinner on Tuesday. we had the black bell, elk slide, and birria flatbread. all were beautiful. the elch was maybe a bit dry, but still pretty. we had the main thing of ribeye and mushroom risotto. they were both immense dishes! wound up with lavender cream bubble and tres-leches.
