"Another birthday meal for the wife’s birthday and we weren’t disappointed. Considering the time of year, the restaurant area was very quiet. But this didn’t affect the service received or the quality of food. Great value for money even if a ribeye and sirloin was ordered. A great place."

"We had a family party of adults and children (aged The year old child has severe allergies and so when we booked this was mentioned and we were told to phone the day before to discuss options with the...Chef. We did this and my granddaughter had a lovely meal with us all. In so many other places we visit, we have been told that they do not cater for severe allergies and so we have to take our own food for the year old. The menu even has indicators on it to show what is each dish so that you can tell if something isn’t appropriate. Even though this pub is in Kent, they served Adnams Ghost Ship on draught which is my favorite beer (try it!!! It has a lovely citrus flavor) Excellent service from very friendly staff and we would certainly return again for another meal."
