"Ordered a smoke house burger. My fiancé is gluten-free and we ordered it off the gluten sensitive menu. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with the Allen store. I’m really getting tired of her dinner being wrong every time I order here. Last time, the manager offered to reimburse the meal and sent a gift card via email. Never even happened. Hate this store."

"Went through drive thru after being home sick for a week to get food. Horrible experience!! Gave me the wrong order and overcharged me. Went back through drive thru got a partial refund and what I thought was my order. After driving 14 miles while being sick got home to a fountain drink that tasted more like water than pop, brisket sandwich(with no taste) instead of hamburger and onion rings standing in grease. Will never go back and would suggest anyone else waste your money trying it."

"Don't bother getting a reservation, you still have to wait the same amount of time as everyone else. Ordered Ahi Tuna Salad, the tuna pieces were not close to the size in the picture. Wife ordered prime rib medium rare and it was still mooing. Took almost 45 minutes for food to arrive."
