"We ate here on 3 occasions in 5 days which says a lot, the food is boss and despite not being a huge menu was sufficient for us to try different dishes each time. It is small, nothing fancy in decor and a music video tv is on the whole time, but the od, ambience, value and service combine to deserve high fives all round. Special mention to the service, not sure whether the main lady in charge and serving us each night was an employee, manager or owner, but her whole demeanour was fantastic genuine and warm."

"During my visit to cusco last year I discovered this little, lazy and extremely friendly place. I have met our waiter) and get nothing but a service. eating here is amazing and the pisco mad are amazing! if you wish to eat great at a very good price, stop by and visit this place. we had the grilled alpaca and the cuddly. we are very adventurous when it comes to trying new foods. but they have great pizzas and normal stuff also on the menu. stop and say walter hi."

"I was greeted with a big smile and given a table decorated with flowers and a candle. The atmosphere was lovely and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I had the lamb ribs which were really tasty. I happened to be there at a quiet time (a group of 6 left as I was ordering and another 3 groups of 2 arrived as I was leaving) so I was lucky enough to have great chat with the waitress. I enjoyed my food and felt at home eating alone."

"This is one of the famous pirates of cuzco. most guests will be native, even during the high tourist season. here they find everything that the mountains can offer, and the mountain fish (la truncha, from puno, I think) is the best. They cook it with butter, so the result is finger licking. also service is super fast and serving are huge!"

"If you want a place that's not touristy, this is the spot. Lovely local place with excellent, very large dishes. Best to share your meal with one other person. Had the cuy and it was excellent. The chicha fruta is also very popular."
