"Generally, I really like Mona’s. Our table had very good meals. I have been there many times and usually get the pasta Rockefeller with scallops. I did the same this time but the scallops were very small, not the large scallops that I love. This was very disappointing. Also had to pay for Parmesan cheese, not to mention the pay for bread that has been in place for some time. The restaurant is very busy so perhaps these are fine for most customers. I found it to be off-putting, especially with the overall bill and good tip we left."

"I haven't been here in 28 years, ever since I graduated from UW-Eau Claire. I was in town for business and what do you know, Karl's is still here. Just as delicious as I remember. The brisket was perfect. Mac and Cheese just right and the Cucumber salad hit the spot. Will be coming back again next time I'm in town."

"The food was great, but the menu is expensive. Service was very good. The endless appetizers have disappeared from the menu, which was a disappointment for our teenager who ordered this article every time we came to TGIF."

"Location was easy to find. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and we had the place to ourselves. Brian was our server. He was very attentive. Typical Famous Dave’s decor… gas station memorabilia. There were plenty of hand wipes to get all the delicious sauces off your fingers after you are done licking them!"

"Main issue is that I can't even eat my burger. Not even the outside edges. Asked for well done and basically 80% is raw. I think it would have been a really good burger, but didn't get to eat enough to know for sure. I've never had poutine before, but know the cheese is supposed to melt in a good one. Won't even melt when I nuked it for 12 seconds. The gravy is good. So I basically spent $30 on gravy fries and carrot cake."
