"I went there 4/8/22 I ordered to orders of wings, and got chips and salsa..got home the wings had no sauce, I NEVER said no sauce then they weren’t cooked all the way I’ve been nauseas for 24hours still THEN on top of it my son started to eat the chips and they were stale !! The entire meal was destroyed!! Manager Shana was very nice said she’ll be there next couple days and will redo it.. BUT I’m not wanting any wings or their food right now I’m stomachally turned off I wish they would just give me my $5 gift card back and my money.. I’m not feeling chili food for quite some time after this experience.. the funny part was I was in the mood for wings and was going to try Wing Stop but when I read the reviews I went to Chili’s lol! "I have an online order from the fuhouse knoxville website that came to google. I wanted to pick up my order and they had no command. they said the website I didn't use the order on them anymore. I would not have been able to know that since I received a confirmation number for the collection. I told them to disable this website and they told me to send them an email. that is not my money! They offered no excuse or tried to speed up my order so that they do not get 1 cent of my geld forward."

"Rude guests useless mgmt no more Dave’s. the short and ugly version of our last experience is my wife and I was sitting on the bar with a friend who enjoys lunch as a large group of adult and children in the bar area. the loud conversation of the adult was overcome only by the insane screaming and screaming of her child. "Horrible place to work and eat. This place was shut down a few years ago because they couldn't get their act together and they haven't improved any if you ask me. Management is the worst I've ever worked for. Of one of their favorites has some issue with you then management will just pull you off the schedule because they are too spineless to talk to you about it. Also no complaints are ever addressed unless you are the managers roommate or his roommate's son. This place is pure trash with only a handful of good people. <br>
