"Good steaks. Staff was friendly. It was disappointing to hear the owner/manager does not like horseradish so they decided to stop offering it to customer. But that is the society we live in the dinner salads at huge and almost a meal on its own. Steak seasoning is just right and not over powering like other planes. Wish the wine selection was bigger but what they have is good."

"Went in on a Saturday pm about 2 no one at the till to seat anyone so seated ourselves, waited 10 minutes before someone came to the table , order a glass of house wine (it was barely a swallow full) ordered a lunch special of spaghetti and marina sauce, was a very small portion , we told the waitress we wanted a salad of which she did not bring and then when I questioned her about it she said well salad doesn't come with the lunch meal, I said well you asked if we wanted one and we said yes, she said she was sorry. She did not come by to offer more wine or check on the meal and when we finally saw her to get the check (which was a long time) she seemed frustrated. The last two times we were there the service and food have changed....I guess we will not return......"

"Great place where the locals go. Our server Emily was fantastic. She was friendly, polite, funny and super-knowing! I had the Poutineries and the Fat Frog that were great! If you are looking for a homeplace where they make the food right in front of you, don't look further! If I'm ever back in Minot, I'll definitely be here."
