"D'Jeez is a fun neighborhood locals place which reminds me of the casual 60's hangouts I frequented. It has very good hamburgers on sourdough buns, tacos, chicken wings and occasionally BBQ smoked ribs, bar drinks, soft drinks, and beer. Sunday evenings are fun with live folk music (most Sundays) and it is a very kid friendly restaurant. It is located on a side street across from Cafe Rama midway down the block."

"Some people don't like the restaurant and I'm not sure why, it's a great place for creatives and artists, they have a DJ on Thursdays that is great and there are people dancing in the bar area having a lot of fun. A wall of vinyl albums shows you the musical aspect of the restaurant. Food was very good, main dining area with the wall of plants and three-story ceiling is awesome. Location super easy near centro."

"It's not so great. Food was meh. We went for the dinner buffet which was pesos. The variety was not good for us non-Mexicans. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Mexican food, but this was just not good. The Mexicans, however, seemed to be...enjoying it, so maybe its a regional thing. I would not return."
