"Last Friday I went to lunch at Mezzaluna de Laureles, they took my order at 1:20pm 1. They spoke to me very quickly, I asked if they could change a protein and they told me very quickly “no, what is taken out cannot be changed” (lack of assertive and empathetic communication for a restaurant service) 2. Then I noticed that they had not asked me about my base (I had to choose a base for the dish: lettuce, rice) I called the girl and told her that they had not asked me about my base, she eagerly told me “ah yes which one wants” and I didn't remember which ones there were. Finally he gave me the options. 3. I waited until 2:10, when they barely brought me my lunch (another table had already left because of so much waiting because the restaurant was not even 50% full), they never told me that it was going to take more than half time I didn't even imagine it because there weren't many people. 4. The dish was too poor, supposedly healthy and they brought a lot of rice, like 6 very small squares of avocado, a little carrot julienne... etc. The vegetables were very little, it looked too empty, I was disappointed, the service was definitely bad, especially from this girl and the delay without warning, and the food is not at all healthy when the portion does not even meet a good balance of vegetables."

"How delicious it is to eat pork belly and how delicious the atmosphere in the place, a little small but cozy, has what you need a good place to eat, delicious food and good service.
