"Have been coming here for 5 years food is good. However this last time we won’t be back. We come with a group of 5 an dined in upon getting our bill we was charged over 22 dollars for gratuity. Menus states groups of 6 or more are charged 20 percent. We had a group of 5. Upon paying we left because I was to aggravated to wait for our server who only been at the table 3 times during our whole 1.5 hour dinner. Wait for food was long. Just not the service I expected and the untrustworthy server who sloped that charge in. We paid 20 percent plus 3.5 percent of our bill additional the 3.5 is a fee to use debit or credit. Such a disappointment for us to have to cut ties with a business we love over a issue like this that shouldn’t have happened."

"Halinka catered a picnic lunch for our antique car club luncheon at Colonial Park. They did a superb job, arrived when they said they would, they were very accommodating and the food was terrific. We had Kiebasi with saurkraut, pierogi with onions and potato pancakes. Our 260+ plus guests loved all of it and had seconds and thirds. They set up trays with burners (to keep the food warm) and provided everything we needed. The food and service was outstanding. I very, very highly recommend Halinka. Don't forget the dessert, the apple cake was delicious."

"This restaurant is literally on a corner as they would expect. the parking lot is however either above the road or along the road. once inside the restaurant is bigger than they would expect with some different rooms with tables. the service was good, but eating was unstoppable. I received a beside salad, which was drowned on the top of the twirl with 3 black olives on the side and a few rings on the top. I also ordered the grilled cod, which was strangely served on a piece of white brot with more raw cod rings under it. the cod was cooked in order, but he was bland. would like to have a lemon wedge or a tartaric acid sauce with him. also had fun on the side that were quite a lot of mush. that would not be a place I would come back to."
