"Now , let me give a disclaimer before I review. These are NOT authentic NYC bagels. If you've spent anytime there, like I have, you will recognize they aren't baked (boiled) the same way .... But this is no way diminishes how excellent they were. Just setting the stage to adjust expectations. Hands down this was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The bagel, which had somewhat of a texture that crossed between freshly baked crusty bread and a croissant texture. Incredibly fresh and egg, cheese and sausage were quality and I'd not taste like they came out of a microwave. The staff were very friendly and as quick as they could be given how busy they were for a Saturday mid morning. I was 4 people deep to order to may want to call ahead. We were just traveling through and will definitely make note for next time as it is worth going this way to stop again and investigate further the cute little town of franklin. A short walk up the block and you can enjoy your bagel or cookies or muffin and coffee or one of their other plentiful choices at a bench in the beautifully manicured flower garden on the corner. Off street parking but it's plentiful so no worries. We have a big truck and fit just fine. Absolutely worth every carb! Enjoy!"

"EXCELLENT food with unique flavor combinations—not just another restaurant for sure!! Service takes a while to get going but then it is excellent. Very friendly staff—literally everyone. They all truly believe in the food and are very excited about it, which makes it all even more special. No one needs just another restaurant—-you want something tasty and memorable, and this, kids, is the place. It isn’t cheap, and some of the portions are small, (tapas style)so just be prepared….but it is quality."

"Ernie Huang Once we had to stand nearby the door, waiting for a table eventhough we already booked one through phone. Other than that, we always enjoy their delicious dishes efficient food on table service. That's why we have been repetitive customers, keep it up and hope we won't have to wait for a table again on the next visit ;"

"We went for a dimsum lunch today. The shrimp dumpling and the pork congee are delicious. We also ordered seafood crispy noodles, braised beef and many more. The service is a bit slow due to too many customers."

"Asian foods and drinks provided , two to three car parks available for the customers . Price and cost of foods are normal and similar to other Chinese Restaurants in Christchurch . Qaulity and quantity are not acceptable , oily and small plate . Not not many customer during business hours , good for chating with friends , but not recommendation due to no special recommendation ."

"The eggs Benedict were good with the salmon, it is tasty and delicious. It's a great hike here from UC, not too long. The atmosphere is amazing, staff are friendly and helpful. I had tried the haloumi but that was a little bitter last time. Definitely a nice little cafe on the corner and being busy is a good sign. Would definitely return and hope they can keep prices competitive."
