"We know the redhead since its opening and we loved the frame, the mind and the card. and it is on this last point that we were disappointed: the map is rebarbative because dishes have been on the map for years, and we had in mind beautiful quantities that have really disappeared: given the price of relatively high dishes and a non-gastronomic establishment: the ratio of price quantity is bad. Finally, disappointed by the dishes offered not really seasonal: no beautiful salads for example. When at the price of drinks: too high: €8.50 a pineau even old, it's tough and you know it's old only on the note leaving because we specify by the waiter. However, it is important to specify that the kitchen is good, well-presented dishes and good products: a rare minimum now in a restaurant. We remain on our hunger and the dishes offered do not make you want to come back."

"This restaurant nestled in one of the most pleasant corners of niort, near the river offers excellent products that come right from excellent small savoyard producers. The quality of the products explains the delicious character of the tasted dishes (at our table, fondue and raclette). We had the impression of being in a real savoy restaurant (except maybe the honey reblochon soon on the map?) And then there's the atmosphere, friendly, warm, family, it's kind of like we were received from friends. We easily sympathize with the nearby tabs and the boss (very charming and pretty, which doesn't spoil anything) even offered us the aperitives.Bruss, come from betting to visit the area for a long weekend, and fell by chance on this restaurant, we spent all 4 a great evening."

"After a pretty simplistic salad in the entrance, we chose the duck magret. the chief kindly proposed to replace him with needles that had no magret. No sauce. the gourmet dessert has summed up a few cut fruit and a mud of melted chocolate. the rate on the other hand was not replaced because in the end we had the card entry menu for the price of the middle card...In the end we paid about 25 euros a menu that is worth 12-13 at most."

"Smart , well spaced tables. Very attentive staff, used plates were very quickly cleared from your table. Good selection of starters and main dishes pre made on the buffet, also cold seafood selection plus steak strips, prawns, scallops, chicken fillet etc raw along with veg to take to the chef to freshly cook for you. 16.80 € pp in the evening. Went as staying at Inter hotel, restaurant La Cuisine was closed. This restaurant only about 200 m away from the hotel. Would use again if in the area. Good experience"
