"I expect more for an upscale restaurant and lounge. Twice I've dropped in on the weekend to find the lounge booked for private parties and no offer to seat you elsewhere despite the dining area being under utilized. The restaurant itself looks high end and beautiful but it is hard to carry on a conversation with the guests at your table once the room is half full. The food is hit and miss, and expensive because of that. Items on the menu are not available yet there is a large grocery store right across the street. It's too bad because an upscale restaurant is needed in this town. I like to support local businesses but won't be back to Bradley's anytime soon."

"First time of I predict many visits here. Super spring-rolls and shredded green papaya salad for appetizers. Main entrees were chicken stir fry on crispy egg noodles and spicy sweet and sour prawn soup. Oh, so good. Service was good, a bit slow (it was a bit busy, which is always a good sign), and almost everything was as ordered. Highly recommend you check this place out!"

"Big Rock Inn Okotoks has now lost our business after 27 years eating there! The food we ordered was not up to par (chicken was dry and chewy and the rice tasted old) so we took it back and requested new dishes and the manager was a complete jerk! He got right in my husbands face, jabbed him with his finger and called him a “bad name” white guy degrading his restaurant and also how he gets complaints all the time so he is used to it and doesn’t give a care about our complaint. All because the food we got, chicken was dry and rice was way undercooked. Then as my husband was leaving he yelled at my husband “you are a bleeping hole!” In front of his customers. We left the food and didn’t even take our money back. It was so horrible. To be clear, the manager was also quite rude on the phone when I said we wanted to bring the dishes back for replacement or refund. And my husband only said to him that he needed to practice better customer service if he wanted to continue on in this business. His aggressive behaviour started on the phone with me and continued in person with my husband. We did nothing to be treated like we were."

"We came over for the fist time and had a great sandwich and soup for lunch. Very home made/fresh great food! Also, awesome service! Make a reservation, because it's a small venue."

"Such an underrated restaurant. the waitress was the most sweetest person ever and the food was delicious! the portions were huge and we (2 people) paid less than $50 for a meal that could feed a family. we left so satisfied and still had 2 full left over take out boxes for home. we will be back!"
