"Since it was the Family day in BC and a beautiful day outside, we decided to try some Jamaican food (the only Jamaican resto in White Rock).The place is easy to find, very clean and the personel very welcoming.We had the jerk chicken which was so delicious but so hot too.We'll come here again to try other Carribean goodies."

"My favourite go to Vietnamese place. Decent portions and good flavour. I feel the peanut sauce has room for improvement. Tasty broth though friendly staff. I give it a 4 cause they don’t serve Pepsi and the water is awful."

"My kids love the pirate pak. the mac n. cheese is excellent with homemade cheese sauce. everything on the menu is great. in the summer anything with blueberry is excellent. (pie, milkshake, ....)"

"Until today we've been impressed with Silver Dragon's version of Cantonese fare (as opposed to a modified version of Chinese cooking). Today's visit was just as if we were in a totally difference restaurant. The minced beef egg swirl soup had so many button mushrooms floating on top of it one would believe that the bowl was full of button mushrooms. The deep dried salt and pepper prawns were so overcooked that they were very hard and dry. Finally the beef and gai lan also was laced with button mushrooms. One would believe that there was a sale on button mushrooms. Mae was still in attendance so I don't believe that the business had changed hands. Regardless it will be a while before we return to this establishment."

"Had a great meal this weekend at La Baia, however we all thought that the usually awesome Ceasar Salad dressing was not the same. Has something changed with the recipe? If so, please go back to the original. Thank you."

"Tried the place three times. Each time hoping that the last dining experience was bad luck or the perhaps the chief was ill. Went for Dim Sum - everything tasted like it was frozen and then warmed for serving. I'll take the 45 minute drive any day to Richmond to get some tasty Dim Sum"

"Fantastic dinner at Giraffe again. Just love the food and the great service by Jamie. Had a selection of martinis at the table as well as several bottles of wine. Had a selection of appies to share. the sable fish and beef tenderloin were great. Our guest had a problem with the lamb loin as it was over cooked. Sent back and replaced. Ended with cream brule Yummm"

"We all had a special for It was a three course meal. We all had the mini filet. I had the cereal salad but the others has the stuffed onion rings . They were stuffed with very rare ground beef then battered and deep...fried . Not that good. The meal came with polenta but we had to beg for potatoes . They were reluctant but agreed . Potatoes were very good . Filet was very tender . I had the bacon cheesecake , it was very dry . Our reason for picking this package meal was because the steak dinners were The atmosphere was very nice but we would have been happier to go to the Keg where we like to go for special occasions ."
