"A table over opentable for 4 to the mother's day booked. receive an immediate confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the booked time. all seemed good until we only arrived to find that they had no record of the booking. would they believe that another party arrived at the same time and had exactly the same problem. we had both proved to Oor phones and were fortunately accommodated, although it was Mother's Day. according to the personals, this is a frequent event and was telephoned in future! although I complained before a week at zizzi in the office, I still wait for an answer. despite this possible catastrophe, eating was excellent and the staff, especially ramona were very friendly and accommodating. would not hesitate to go back, but will avoid opentable."
