Booked a table via OpenTable for 4 for Mother's Day. Received an immediate confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the booked time. All appeared fine until we arrived only to find they had no record of the booking. Would you believe another party arrived at the same time and had exactly the same problem. What Billie Kostas doesn't like about Zizzi Shrewsbury:
3 meals were ordered, Lasagna was all watery around it. Pizza was poorly covered in cheese and when asked for more it got reheated, burnt and still no more cheese and then brought back to me! Spaghetti had next to no sauce and was really really poorly presented. A side of bolognese as brought out for the spaghetti to just put on top.
