"At the moment we was paying tue bill, we learned that all floor service personel left the place; neverthless the service was flawless and Exceptional. Looking forward to see this place at it 's full potential(I was wondering why all the waiters where dressed up like...cheffs) BBQ Salmon Mariscos pasta won the main dishes. Clam chowder soup is a most really tasty. Bring a coat because they put the AC at 16 Celsius. Looking forward to eat here again."

"The place is beautiful, the service of the entire staff is great, drinks are served at your table at your will, welcome bread is really good. After all these initials, your expectations are pretty high for the main courses... but unfortunately you won't get what you expect... we ordered 3 different dishes, the most expensive ribeye they have, the lobster risotto, and the "arrachera"... listed from worst to average. Ribeye had a lot of nerve, was smaller than what menu said and had also a plain taste. Risotto had just few small pieces of lobster, and a lot of salt. Surprisingly, the cheapest meat ("arrachera") was the best one... well cooked, very tasty and with the right size. Huge difference with other restaurants from the same chain in other cities."

"First look at the picture of there food who would eat that. Bring bug spray you will need it while you sitting in the 5.00 uncomfortable wooden chairs. The menus sounds good if they have what's on the menus. The size of the servings are for a child. You have to beg for bread and then they bring it finally without butter or oil. They have one waitress. They have only one brand of Tequila which is one in which you make only with margaritas so don't drink it straight up. If you drink Vodka you better like Absolute because that's the only Vodka they have. Also don't have your lady ask for the popular cosmo because they don't make it. The prices are about average but it cost me 50.00 US per person on my 3rd and final try at the restaurant. I have had a condo for 30 years in Acapulco and if this restaurant lasts I will be shocked."

"Been in Acapulco for almost a week we were looking for a great seafood restaurant not been to far from our hotel . Fishers is actually a high end chain restaurant specializes in seafood. The food , service was so good that we went three...times during the week . The last time we had the langosta and large camarones . Both were fantastic we also highly recommend the Crepe with cajeta for dessert that was the top ."

"Muy rica la comida !! Fui con mi pareja y ordenamos una ensalada linda vista y un rib eye. Platos bien servidos. Está ubicado en la mejor zona, con una vista muy bonita. No es el lugar más lujoso pero es limpio y no es muy caro. Una muy buena opción para comer o cenar en familia o pareja."

"My wife and I went to this restaurant because we were staying at one of the other Mundo Imperial properties. The resort is the newest property and this restaurant is located at the far north end of the promenade, so you have to walk down the promenade from hotel reception. The venue is all new on the interior & exterior. The ambience is typical of a resort restaurant with casual modern decor. The food was an excellent blend of Italian with a Mexican flair. I particularly liked the Minestrone with zippy Mexican ingredients; you don't normally get them in Italian themed restaurants in Canada or US. The selection on the menu was good even for someone with numerous food allergies. We selected fish and chicken for mains and both were good. The vegetables (potato, zucchini, sweet potato) were done well and portions were just right. My risotto was OK but not spectacular. The service was over the top with our team of servers; Miguel, Carlos and Julio. They worked well together to meet our every need, especially since as Canadians our Spanish was limited. Their English was good, and they were glad to practise more with us. We both chose glasses of local Mexican wine. I had a very respectable Cab Sauvignon and my wife had Chardonnay-Chenin Blanc blend that she enjoyed. The desserts were unremarkable but tasty and well presented. My wife is a Tiramisu fanatic, and this instance did not make her top ten list. My chocolatissimo was interesting but not outstanding. We finished off with a pleasant Ramos 10 year old port. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal at one of the better restaurants in Acapulco Diamante. IMHO price of the meal was modest at around 1000 pesos (not including tip) for the entire evening."
