"My husband took me the night before Mother? Hello. Only a 9:15 a.m. reservation could be made because it said they were overcrowded. When I was there, was it really? Food was great including appetizers. Did you really like the soup or the bread? The waiter was great and he kept my table clean. Manager didn't even tell us when we came in when he saw my face."

"The food and drinks were fine but the noise level was ridiculous as there was a Bachelorette party going on in the bar upstairs and for some reason the partition/doorway was kept open allowing all the noise into the dining room below."

"This place was recommended and it did not disappoint. I sat at the bar in between work meetings and the service was exceptional. "We started off with a couple of drinks. Old Fashioned and a French Martini. They were both very good. We had the Fritto Misto as an appetizer. It was lightly fried and quite good. Also tried the gumbo and it was good as well. My wife ordered the Tournedos au Poivre. Though they tasted good, she ordered them medium well and they came out well done. So if they were the proper temperature they probably would have been better. She didn’t send them back because she didn’t want to wait. I had the duck confit and it was tasty, though the green beans were undercooked. The potatoes were cooked well. We had the Coconut Bavarian and the Molasses Ginger Cake. Both were very good. Our waiter was nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall it was a nice experience. If the meat was the proper temperature and the green beans were cooked properly I would have given them 5 stars. I wish I could give them 4.5 stars instead of 4 "

"Went to Bellini's two months ago for a friends birthday and they insisted I order the bread pudding. I ordered it to-go after my meal and it was too die for. Since I had that awesome experience I decided that when I was passing through Birmingham that I would order a couple to go for my ride home. I was about 30 minutes out the way and took the trek for the bread pudding. Won't be doing that again. The young lady taking the to go orders was way more interested in what she would be tipped than making sure my order was complete. Arrived 30 minutes after placing it, my order was not ready. Had to wait another five minutes or so and it was absolutely not the same portion size that I received prior, no silverware or napkins. Will I go back to Bellini's, absolutely. Will I order to go bread pudding while riding through, no."
