"I have already spoken to the manager about the issues personally so will not air the specific concerns here. Suffice to say that the common theme on TA involves service and this is where the restaurant falls down. There appeared to have been a public...dressing down to staff which I cannot condone as this is also a leadership issue. Food was actually good but staff need to be trained in the importance of hospitality. Italians are rightly proud of their food and patrons are normally made to feel part of the Italian experience inviting you into their establishment to enjoy their food. It doesn't have that feel....the food should be served with pride and care and not the way you would expect at a truck stop. A shame because this could be very good."
