"This restaurant is not very diner friendly. I had order the cheeseburger medium and also asked if I could substitute the fries with the mashed potatoes. The waitress informed me that there would be an extra charge for that. When I pointed out to her that the price was the same on the menu under Sides she argued that those portions are bigger than the one that is served with the cheeseburger. I did not want to argue but it begs the question of why couldn 't they make the portion of mashed potatoes comparable to the portion of fries that they serve with the cheeseburger? When they brought my burger it was overcooked, more well done than medium, but I let that go too. I also did not complain when the dessert I ordered, which was the apple cider donut holes, were overcooked. I did finally speak up when the decaf coffee that I ordered was lukewarm. The waitress brought me a fresh hot cup and did not charge me the $4.00(! for it to compensate. Which brings me to my final point which is, for the amount of money that this restaurant charges (overpriced their service (accommodating a simple request and cooking (how hard is it to cook a burger?! should be impeccable, and sadly it is not."

"Overall, the food was average. The burgers were large, however, you pay a premium for French fries. I would rather they just inflate the price and make French fries standard. The included item is potato chips. My mom and daughter had the burgers and said they were pretty good. I had the stuffed shrimp, which didn't have a lot of flavor. I could tell I was eating shrimp and crab, but there wasn't much flavor. The portion was four stuffed shrimp. However, the shrimp were of the medium variety that I would buy at my local market. They were ripped with a tablespoon size crab ball. I had to pay a premium for cheese on my potato. This dish was $29, which I was prepared to pay, but was disappointed when it came out. Or meal was $95 (including a 15% tip). I'd also like to add we all had water to drink. I think the bill was a tad too much when two people in my party had a burger. The best part was dining outside right at the water. I drove from central Virginia to dine there, and am not sure if do it again. Just so so."

"We stopped in before a basketball game for drinks and a quick meal. We ordered a round of apps, fried pickles and fried cheese curds both of which were undercooked so the batter was unseasoned, soggy, and borderline raw. The manager came over to tell us that they had a party coming in and the kitchen was focused on their food so they couldn't guarantee our food would come out in enough time for us to make it to the game (we had an hour until we needed to leave at this point). Given the apps were so awful and we were basically told we shouldn't order anything else we decided to get the check and leave. Go elsewhere"
