"We stayed at the Hotel Les Balcons for a week in early January and we ate our breakfast and evening meals in this restaurant attached to the hotel. The wonderful hospitality afforded to us by both Maxime and Sarah at this restaurant really made our holiday. Every mealtime we were greeted warmly no matter how busy they were. Every evening there is a 3 course menu that changes daily alongside the main menu and we had that most nights. Every dish was spot on, lovely flavours and nothing to fault on any dish. Wines weren’t too bad prices for 2050m up in the Alps either!"
