My wife and i were half board at the Hotel Les Balcons and the food was served in this restaurant attached to the hotel.The food was first class and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pierre Gemin the restaurant manager was fantastic and could not do enough for us and really made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay. I can highly recommend this place and we will be back. We dropped by this place as we were coming down the mountain when I asked if we could quickly use the toilet for my son. Despite the place being empty we met an extremely rude gentleman who turned us away.... We were thinking of going there for dinner but decided against it due to the unfriendly approach....
