"One of the best meals I've ever had and outstanding service 5 star!!! I had the Ono, which was fantastic. I've had Ono all over the islands, but this was the best. My wife ordered the Sea Bass which was also outstanding. She's had Chilean Sea Bass all over the country and this was one of the best she's ever had. This place is 5 stars top to bottom: food, service, outdoor atmosphere. Definitely would recommend if you're in the area."

"I wanted to love this place because the mission of zero waste local organic vegan food is 100% on point. Unfortunately, the food is only meh. My Loko moku was dry and tasteless. The Taroburger was a chewing tasteless puck. The fajita bowl was uninspired. It was slow and expensive and I was disappointed. People are super nice; I wish they had better food!"

"My wife I recently returned from vacation on Maui (2/2 – 2/17/23). We stayed at three resorts while there. The Sheraton is situated on the Kaanapali beach promenade within walking distance to Whaler’s Village. Of the three resorts we stayed at, the Sheraton was by far the best. Because we have some status with Marriott, we were given a nicely appointed ocean-front room. Nothing fancy but had a beautiful view of Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock, and Lanai Island. Because it was birthing season, from our balcony we could see whales frolicking off the coast. We also qualified for a complimentary continental breakfast but choose to pay for the upgraded buffet each day of our stay. I am glad we did because it included an omelet station and many other food options. No need for lunch! Sheraton’s staff were courteous and attentive. For the duration of our stay, they also waived the parking fee. Our concierge, Susan, handled arrangements for a Teralani catamaran sunset dinner cruise. The dinner cruise was probably the highlight of our trip. Walking distance from the resort, good food (drinks included), friendly crew, and up-close viewing of mama baby whales jumping around."
