"I thought the food was very fresh. It was more expensive than I expected. Most Mexican restaurants do complementary chips and salsa, but this one does not. One of our guests ordered a steak and he hated it. It was prepared sous vide I believe and he was not expecting that preparation and thought it was horrible. My husband tasted it and thought it was fine. The people who work there are fabulous. So nice, so accommodating, kind because they hire people with disabilities."

"We've always enjoyed JM's subs, but never impressed with its service. As locals, we've always supported this store because we figured much like many other businesses, they're suffering from labor shortages. But poor employee behavior is totally inexcusable. Because the call-in orders are habitually late, we started to place our orders 45 minutes ahead of time, even if the website indicated a 15-minute wait. Today, we did the same just to arrive and not see our order 45 minutes after it was placed. When my wife discussed this with the bearded guy behind the counter, he snapped at her and told her she didn't have to remind him when the order was placed. Really? Being rude to your customer is your best approach to your customer service failure? Lesson learned!Parking: No issues with parking"
