"Il locale è abbastanza rustico all'interno (dove abbiamo cenato), mentre all'estero offre una bella terrazza su strada non molto raffinata. Abbiamo optato per una bistecca alla milanese ed un hamburger (tra i piatti consigliati) che si sono rivelati abbastanza buoni. Per concludere caffè e un mirto offerto dall'oste (che parla un buon italiano) che è stato davvero gentile e premuroso. Nel complesso non eccezionale ma comunque degno di nota."

"Sitting in front of the sea, you will witness the wonderful sunset ... if you dig in. Excellent reception, beautiful cuisine with strong Corsican identity, ... pietra is served in pressure and well fresh ( rare) and is excellent as well. A refined anti pasti is offered, even if you take a pizza!The cyrene salad is a "cooked" salad and well worked, excellent. I don't know why, but tonight, there were really a lot of flies... planning a repulsive spray."

"Seafood pasta is not really a difficult dish, but it was boiled as wrong as it could be. dry tasteless noodles and dry overcooked meeresfruit. the court tasted as from the day before and I am absolutely sure that it was not fresh at all....The waitress insisted that it was fresh, but it seemed that she was nothing and even thow I had only 4 or five bites I had to pay the full price. there was not even a partial price reduction."

"C'est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous avons dîné 2 fois au Maquis lors de notre séjour. Qu'elle soit à base de viande ou de poisson la cuisine est inventive. L'équilibre des saveurs entre met, les herbes et épices est parfait. Quand aux desserts ce sont de véritables œuvres d'art aussi agréables à la vue qu'au goût. Très bon choix de vin."

"When the burger of my mannes was served, the top of the bungalow and the meat fell on the table. the waitress took it up with her bare hands and put it on the cake: “My hands are clean, I wash them all the time.” I worked many years in a restaurant and what she did was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. alone we insisted on a new burger and it came so fast that we were not sure whether it was not the same."
