"A colleague of our daughter recommended this hotel, thanks to Blake. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Some people might be disappointed that there are no TVs or refrigerators in the rooms, but we have nothing to do with the omission at all. The safe and towel heater in the bathroom are very nice amenities. I recommend a taxi from the bus station Turo because of the slope and distance from the bus stop of the city, unless you are physically more fit than we are. The view from the roof restaurant and the quality of the food were excellent. Some critics thought the servers were unstoppable, but I believe that this is due to the cultural difference between Chile and the USA. The staff was very covered and they do not try to push you out of the restaurant."
