On the ground floor of a hotel is this picturesque restaurant with magnificent views of the night of Valpo. I would recommend this for a nice dinner or some cocktails. It is the best for smaller groups as there are very limited seats. It would also be nice at sunset if you could coordinate the timing. Great food. He had two ceviches and the octopus. Great view and service. One of the pricier restaurants in the area if you want to treat yourself.

Beautiful view, excellent food and great service. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice restaurant in the Cerro Concepcion area
A little expensive, but a very nice restaurant. Great wine pairing with Ceviche. Would definitely recommend the octopus.
We enjoyed our Time there Delicioso risotto de camarones ! The view with all thé Valparaiso bay IS just amazing
