"We booked the evening dining event well in advance of our trip to Zermatt for a special birthday event. We went up the cable care not knowing what to expect from the evening. When we reached the top lift station we were met by Stefan (the manager) who walked us back to the beautiful chalet. We were the only guests that evening which made the evening even more special. Stefan was a superb host and the food was exquisite. the evening will stick in our memories for a very long time thanks to the surroundings, staff and food. I would recommend the the evening dining event at Simi's to anyone considering it. Following our fantastic evening we returned to the restaurant multiple times during the rest of our holiday for lunch."
