"Just ordered Jalapeno Poppers for $10 and for the money ???? you get almost nothing. We've ordered so many times and usually the proportions are quite large but this order is super small the Jalapeños are not even full one's. Other places provide full peppers ???? 3 photos to show everyone. Other then this order its an excellent place most definitely..!"

"Had their jerk burger and 2lb wings. Smithwicks on tap. The beer was just a little off somehow...not quite sure what it was, but tasted a little sour and just a bit flat. I suspect they haven't been cleaning their draft lines as often as they should. A well-run pub (and this one claims to be a best of British style pub) should make very sure they clean the lines regularly. Disappointing!The burger was good, the fries that came with it were very good! Delicious. The wings were also good, but we were disappointed in the portion size. 2lbs of wings turned out to be only 13 wings. They were fairly big, but somehow I suspect we didn't really get a full 2lb. A bit stingy on the dipping sauce too. Also, many other places will either include fries with their wings, or at least offer fries with them for just a dollar more. Here, you have to pay $5 for an order of fries if you want them along with your wings. The waitress was OK. Nothing special, not particularly attentive or friendly, but fine enough. The washrooms were very clean.So, overall we were happy enough with the taste of the food, but not very happy with their portions or pricing. Not at all happy with their draft beer."

"I've been wanting to try this place for some time but every time I went it wasn't opened. Well, today I went, it was open and I ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich. The server didn't wear gloves, stuck her hand in a pickle jar to get the pickles, coughed into her hands, went into the back and came back with a handful of cheese. When questioned about wearing gloves for sanitation, she said that she wasn't required to by the Health Dept. When asked if she should prepare me another sandwich while wearing gloves, I jut told her that that was ok and decided to leave. I won't return."

"We always like to stop at a Swiss Chalet when in Ontario and we've dined at quite a number of them. This one seemed to be a newer store, and the interior looked clean and fresh. We stopped in for dinner a few days after Christmas. We ordered a chicken/ribs combo and side ribs. Everything arrived hot and fresh. I like Swiss Chalet's fries but they are variable. These were fresh and hot from the frier, and the oil was not due for a change. The meats were nicely done and arrived hot. This is not haute cuisine, but these were nice meals and we enjoyed them. I love their signature gravy--I hope they keep serving it. Service was attentive and we had no complaints. Swiss Chalet is no longer a cheap eats place, but it is on the less expensive side of mid-range."

"I used to love this place when they opened up. The food was great ect. Now I'm not sure if the cook has changed ect. But my usual order has gone down hill. The portion size is smaller and the quality is definitely different and lower. Sad as they were a fave of mine"
