"Read great online reviews and went to “Taco More” Austin, Tx Riverside location. Ordered Posole, side of beans, chili reanno picked up and got back home and they messed up the order and gave me menudo instead of Posole. I called and the woman in charge said they have no pick up orders at the time I indicated off the invoice after giving her the ticket confirmation time, invoice number felt like the 3rd degree. I asked if I could get a credit and she said I would need to come to the restaurant with the menudo for an exchange for Posole. I came after 15 minute drive no one would greet me.They looked at me like I was an enemy,a woman came to the registrar and I asked if she was the person I spoke to on the phone she said yes! I gave her thecontainer of menudo. No apology, or sorry just hateful looks from her and the gang of 6 wait staff members.It’s unfortunate in my judgement the cultural dysfunction in business gives a bad impression to the business that based on other reviews provides good food. The bad reviews I read was more for bad behavior and poor attitude. Issues like food was not prepared properly for what ever reason and could have been handled with a smile and corrected and everyone is happy with a simple “sorry”. I come from Santa Fe where we have great service in general, however occasionally we have our share of occasional bad behavior. Just a few thoughts maybe someone at “Taco More” cares or is too busy ringing the register to care about the lost good manners of good old customer service. Greet with a smile, smile even more when you mess up! As they say stuff happens"

"I took my family to Austin on a quick BBQ vacation, and normally don't eat breakfast, but heard about this place and thought I would give it a try. I'm sure glad I did! This place was great, and probably the best food value on my trip. Four breakfast tacos filled the whole family (only one of us finished the Don Juan). Great food, clean restaurant, nice people, great prices! Definitely will be back!"

"This location is *PERMANENTLY CLOSED*. No matter how many times I've marked it for google to review, they refuse. It's been closed for over a month as well. I can only imagine the other reviews are left in error and meant for the location down the street. Many of the pictures I've uploaded to show the signs are taken down get removed or won't upload for some reason. So I will just leave this review here. The nearest Subway to this is South of hwy 290, on the I-35 Frontage, in a different, larger shopping center, next to a Dollar Tree and Walgreens. Hope this helps someone not waste their time, and drives whatever moderator/admin that is holding up this marking of closed to finally do so."

"Came for a late Saturday brunch lunch. Everything was amazing. The French toast was so thick, I cut it in like a cake! The flesh on the Ruben was so good. Great service, great lemonade, great selection of hot sauces. Five stars from me! We're coming back!"

"Never will order again ! Placed an order 3 weeks in advance for about $200 . Called the morning of to see if I could pick up my order earlier . The lady stated they never even had an order for me and stated I need to take them my confirmation email to their location which was across town for me . I got there and only one person spoke l English so communication was horrible . The manager had to contact another manager . She stated their scheduling system doesn?t keep record of orders placed in advance just same dah . Then why have that option . No one apologized . She then stated she could have my food but I needed to ?respect? the reservation time her exact words ?respect? and come back 3 hrs later ! I get it I got there early but that?s why I called and they could at least accommodate me for their system mistakes and lack of concern . Telling me I needed to show them the email , drive across town but come back hrs later for my order ! Never again . Food was good and that?s why I gave it 2 stars but customer service was horrible ! This was the Berkman location . Should of listened to my friend who also had the same issue when she had ordered for a quince and same issue !"
