"I am here a few times and every time more and more disappointed with the service here. After I have lived in japan, where even almost food restaurant service is impeccable, I am so disappointed that the Japanese employees at this place have the feeling that they have. the customer service can forget because they are in sydney. my Japanese friend was also disgusting. eating was average, but that doesn't make a service. it seems that this is a trend in all restaurants of this chain, with mapping next door, just as bad."

"Had breakfast when i stayed in house recently. The food was great - all fresh cooked. selection was expansive and he service was excellent as you would expect at a Sheraton hotel.No shortage of food and you would really need to be picky not to find something to your liking. Everything me and my companions tried was great. Clean plates all round. Great coffee to buy the way.Lots of seating and easy to get round. A really good venue for breakfast. Part of the Sheraton experience which is really first class. Also had coffee and cheese plate later in the evening. it was good too and really first class."

"Can’t go wrong with $5 taco Tuesdays! Quite busy at dinner time but they have plenty of seats inside and out. Order at the front bar, but I believe they have a second bar at the back too! Very lively place. Staff were really nice and food came out quite quickly, excellent service. Food was absolutely delicious, I had hot dog and boy did it not disappoint, it was packed with all the goodies. The fish tacos, one word YUM. The aguachille was very balanced. Would definitely come back again."

"Have been to 'The Duke ' a few times for drinks but this was the first time I 'd enjoyed their Sunday lunch and what a treat it was. This is as good as any roast you 'd get in the UK, if not better! Portions are generous and super, super tasty! The whole place was packed highly recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment and despite being super busy, staff were friendly and attentive and service was great. The apple crumble with it 's pastry base, apple topping and sprinkling of crumble was a bit unconventional and underwhelming but the mains more than made up for it."

"The QVII building was busy with shoppers and those seeking-like me- a spot to sit and refresh for a while. I headed upward and found Cicchetti. While I was looking for tea I was tempted by the offer of several varieties of champers on the menu and even a full high tea. Several reserved tables were all set up with gorgeous china tea cups awaiting the high tea set. What I had-beautifully served organic tea and a delicious apple mousse dome-was perfect. The ladies serving were cheerful and very keen on their tea and sweets. The view from high up in QVII was enhanced by the music coming over from a live performance on the grand piano on the same level. Definitely worth a visit and maybe high tea!"

"Eleven Bridge was rebranded from Neil Perry's classic restaurant "Rockpool Est 1989" in late 2016. Honestly speaking, the food now is not as good/premium as Rockpool Est 1989, but it still one of the best restaurant that can represent Australia's top level fine dining. Dinner Set Menu is $165 per person with 8 course, cheaper than its old brand Rockpool Est 1989, which actually surprised me. All the dishes are creative with premium materials. Every single course gave me great palet feeling and surpirse. I like the first dish - chicken wing with caviar. Wine list is of great quality selection. Service is very good. I booked four months before the date. The staff confirmed and reminded me for a few times by email and phone call."
