"Had a lovely coffee there in the morning, and we thought the place was so lovely we returned a couple of hours later for lunch! Amazing pancakes, both sweet and savoury, which we loved. We saw another table eating what looked like the best sandwiches ever, so we can't wait to come again! Lovely staff too."

"Great location and I have enjoyed quite a few lunches here this winter spring. I really appreciate the fact that outside seating is always available and care is still taken re covid. Lunches are delicious, generous portions, good value and all the staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful."

"Excellent lunch where my dietary needs of gluten and dairy free were catered for with minimum fuss and confidence. Parsnip soup to start which was delicious followed by the salmon. Very pleasant staff and good value for beautifully presented food. So why is there a BUT — because sorbet was the only option on the menu for dessert that was suitable for me. Well done to everyone though."

"Walked from Worcester through the race course and Gheluvelt Park to The Lemon Tart, about a mile and a half just about right to build up an appetite for a coffee and a snack. Lucky to get a table as it's a not big in size. Warm friendly welcome. Had proper tea pots coffee and a mixture of cakes and breakfeast style choices all of which were good. Locals obviously love his place as take away was going a storm! Would recommend arriving off peak times to get a table or getting take away and returning to the park with take away.. Happy Days : Would definitely return."

"For a Carvery I was satisfied with the separate veggie/vegan menu. Had a delicious mushroom and ale pie with all the veg of buffet and Veg Gravy. For dessert I had vegan apple cake with soya custard, which was very nice. Of course, I would rather not see that meat is carved, but in a mixed party at least everyone was happy. Well done, Toby, to move with the times."

"So.. Last night was lockdown chowdown night a takeaway from The Old Rectifying House. Delivered on Thursday we decided to save it until Saturday date night.. I can honestly say its the best 'takeaway ' we 've ever had! We ordered 2 three course menus which arrived vac packed with really good printed instructions to reheat cook the food. Starters consisted of Cornish steamed mussels for Paula and Choricero pepper bravas for me. Mains we both went for Rare breed featherblade of beef and for dessert I chose Madagascan vanilla rice pudding while Paula went for Valrhona 70% triple layered chocolate tart. Not only was the food stunning, there was so much of it that we had to leave some for today! The only downside of all this is that I 've put on 3 lbs !! We 'll definitely be ordering again"
