"Left standing for double the estimated time whilst something had clearly gone wrong with a delivery. Some guy seemed manager type persistently swearing on his mobile and to others there whilst actually slamming the work phone to customers asking for where their order was. No apology at all when they eventually appeared with my order. Haven't used this place in 10 years. Double that till the next time."

"You didn’t have my reservation on file when I attended. And didn’t have enough food for a Sunday roast. So it’s was a terrible visit as you couldn’t accommodate me. Went to cottiers instead! Won’t be back."
