"Very friendly staff! The subs were just okay nothing crazy. I was disappointed when I asked if they could do hot subs and they responded we can microwave the meat but we can 't out anything on the stove . I was craving a hot sub but went with a tuna sub instead and it was nothing to rave about but it was not terrible. The staff were absolutely awesome and the decor in the inside is pretty cool also."

"I usually go to the Brooklyn pickle west, but I was over in that direction so I stopped at the one on Burnet Avenue. Super disappointed at the quality of food I received after paying almost $30 for two sandwiches. The one worker making the sandwiches failed to put the correct type of tomato, wrong bread, and the wrong meat that I asked for. One of the sandwiches was wrapped OK, but the other as you can see in the picture, looks absolutely terrible. The bag was in a horizontal position with the sandwich exposed and now there are pieces of the sandwich on the floor of my car. The other workers were just standing around and watching, not helping. Not happy at all, I usually brush off bad experiences but this has got to be better. PERIOD. Not to mention the guy sneezed twice and was wearing his mask below his nose."

"Multiple issues ordering from this place. Ordered before the order was wrong. Things left on the sandwiches not wanted, and things wanted not added. Tried again an item was missing. Called to tell them didn’t receive a single apology. Went back to pick it up still no apology. Will not be returning and I assume their long lines will soon dwindle due to the lack of customer service skills ability to follow direction."

"Beautiful historical atmosphere, but many modern touches, like white walls new clean lines on the tables, chairs and lighting fixtures. Everyone was very welcoming and service was very good. I got the It 's Pink drink...7%abv and a little sweet, which I like. My appetizer was vegan Lentil Chili- very good flavor ..a little bit of spice and I couldn 't even tell the sour cream and cheese were cashew based. The wedge potatoes were a bit overcooked, but the crunch was nice with the creamy chili. Tried some of the pickled appetizer....the pickled carrots and Daikon were perfect...crisp with a deep pickled flavor. My Roast Pork Bowl was very flavorful...nice tender pork, roast sweet potatoes, crunchy cabbage and sunflower seed added a bit of sweetness."
