"Based on the food review in Orange Coast, Henry’s Coastal Cuisine Brings Elevated Dining Experience to the Waterfront Beach Resort I expected a unique food experience on the usual menu selections one finds in restaurants. Nothing unique. Seas bass was sea bass. The wedge was seemingly a half head or more of lettuce with not a commensurate amount of dressing. The Osso Bucco needed more flavor. The grilled octopus starter was a standout. The $26 Manhattan was not. I came for the Bronzini. It was not on the menu. Our server saved the dining experience with his service and knowledge. Keep the server, toss the bread pudding. The four of us had a good time in nice surroundings. Food needs work."

"Poorly managed. On coupon nights, they run out of cooked chicken or are not prepared to replenish side items before they run out. I?ve had them say it?ll be 25 minutes for the chicken to cook or 10 minutes for the sides to heat up and if I wantsomething else instead. What?s worse is a few times I?ve seen a sign on the door saying they ran out of chicken completely and Ilook inside and see employees just standing around talking in an empty restaurant. It?s a consistent problem. They don?t knowhow to plan for surges. The business doesn?t train their managers how to operate a restaurant. The current team is running thisplace into the ground."

"Holy-oily! Pork sandwich was dripping with oil yet tasted great with perfect amount of spice. One of the few times I had fun waiting for food, they have a solid ping pong table with three star balls (the kind you want). Fun and good bread."

"I usually get the bean and cheese burrito before going to the beach. It's actually good. You should try it, I feel like it's worth the money. It's one of my go to things to do in Sunset Beach. They have other stuff, I am sure it's just as good. Also, the upstairs patio has a lit sports bar with friendly locals. This is a gem that you have to visit if you're in the area."
