"After some fantastic reviews, we booked some reservation in order to celebrate our friend’s birthday. With several guests in total the experience was totally amazing to say the least. On our arrival we were presented with a huge bunch of flowers by some friendly and excellent staff. I have never been served in such a friendly and generous manner. Once the meal was brought it was fantastic, but what stood out the most was the excellent service. I never thought I would have ever one day say that the wonderful food was eclipsed by the amazing and excellent service. Back on the food, the starters (Italian tapas) were good and what can I say about the main course? Super superb. Pan fried monkfish on a bed of potato and some fried leeks with pancetta, it was excellent. All in all, the visit was well worth it."

"We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation of 6:45 clock. the restaurant was empty for 2 more tables. we ordered garlauchbrot as appetizer and pizza for the net. the pizza came 1 minute after the garlauchbrot (provided as restaurant was so empty). we told the waiter we only got our starter, so we asked to give pizza. the pizza was then completely burned 10 minutes later and hard-rocked when they had put it back in the many times to keep warm. we explained that it was burned to 3 waiters, and they were all rude and dismissed claiming that it was our fault not to clarify that we want our starter as starter. a free dessert was offered, but we just wanted to go and then had another argument when we explained we did not want to pay service fee due to the inedible pizza. the staff was disputed and dismissed - the empty restaurant made a lot of sense!"
