"I went to MP Hotel with friends last night and while the service was amazing (really lovely), my steak was very undercooked. All the other items were great! I chose not to complain yet the fact that I did not eat my steak was noticed by one of the wait team members. I explained why and both he and the chef agreed I had not received what I had ordered. I opted not to receive another meal and a refund was offered. The way the situation was handled was commendable to the point that how lovely the staff are and how good the customer service is was a major topic of conversation. I am a regular, will continue to be and just want to say thank you to the MP team for treating customers so well. We all make mistakes. It is how they are handled that counts. Brilliant."

"Business dinner here in suburbia was a welcomed surprise. Apart from being very affordable the food was top shelf - especially for those diners that love duck dishes.Wine list was short but accomodating with the dessert special of ice cream , rice pudding and mango a fantastic finale to the meal.Staff are prompt and friendly so if you're looking for a great meal and nice wine in a budget try the Yim Thai"
