"The food was good and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed it but the only one problem was no chicken fingers that was missed during my recent to the restaurant. I noticed every fast food restaurants has either chicken nuggets or fingers and definitely chicken sandwiches except for Steak and Shake. Please bring back chicken fingers along with heath candy bar milkshake another favorite menu item."

"I always had a soft spot for Steak 'n Shake. It was one of my favorite treats as a child many years ago. This location is quite convenient for travelers on us 63 and Interstate 70. I found the restaurant clean every time I visited and the staff were helpful. The food was just the quality you expected. They still make steak burgers, have the thin french fries and a rather expansive menu of shaking and freezing. The dining area is 1950s retro as all its locations."

"This was crazy fresh made in front of us and was so good even my kid's who are crazy picky ate all of there's. The cheddar fries were on point and thus was the first time I ate all my fries. Perfectly cooked. Definitely stopping again when I see one of these. Great meal."

"This restaurant was great! Everything from staff to food made my experience so pleasant here. All the staff I contacted were very friendly. The waitress was helpful and made sure I checked regularly for myself if I needed something. The food was delicious! I had the Cajun Steak burger and ran together with a strawberry milkshake. Not only was the food good, but I would also argue that the amount you pay for is really good. Overall, my experience at Steak 'n Shake was very pleasant."

"What can I say? Use their coupons and get an excellent value. Yesterday my wife and I ate there, 2 double cheeseburgers and fries, onion rings and a milkshake. Our bill before coupons: $13. After coupons: $6.50. We rarely eat out but when we crave fast food, this is where we go."

"I was pleasantly surprised. Last few times I've been at this Steak and Shake service was horrible food was cold the staff acted like they couldn't care less if you were there or not. Against what I thought was my better judgment I went there on request of my wife. Didn't really want to. Glad I did got a new manager has totally turned the place around I highly recommend if you want a fantastic steak burger and a delicious milk Shake you need to go to the Steak and Shake period. I was extremely pleased at the turn around this Steak and Shake made. it was like night and day. My congratulations to the new manager at Steak and Shake you've got the ship sailing in the right direction!"
