"Service has gone downhill. We were acknowledged when we walked in the door, and then had to wait while they took care of online orders, that's all they care about. None of the employees seemed to know what they were doing, it was so chaotic and stressful, that we almost left. One of the salsas at the salsa bar didn't have anything to scoop it with..no spoon. When we got home, we realized that we didn't get the extra items that we had requested. Worst experience we've ever had at this place. Not sure if we'll ever go back to this location"

"Slow pick-up times with cold eating. waits about 30 min for my pickup (the 10 they say it needs to make the food) as soon as I got the food, most of it was good, except the mais was ice cold our brokkoli was a little undercooked. the personal was nice and apologetic about waiting, I did not mention the pages because it was taken out."

"I thought id never have to write bad about a starbucks but here we are, me and my friend picked up a Venti White Iced Chocolate Mocha and he got the smallest size they had to try it out. Within 20 mins of drinking, i had to run from Gamestop in the Mall to the bathroom in the food court and puke my guts out, i also had a date at Rio Bravo that night and was so embarrassed about if the puke could’ve been noticed on my breath. I wasnt sure what to do since half of the drink was consumed and i didnt want them to think we were scamming. Regardless, i cant trust this place to go back when i go to the mall and i warn everyone to reconsider getting anything from this place except deserts. The only product that didnt make us sick were the brownies. I REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPE that a Mgnr reads this so they can identify what went wrong and keep this from happening again."

"Wings were just ok. A customer inside said that the wings were verrrrry good,as we came to believe that that was truly a matter of opinion . She said they were crispy and delicious but they weren't at all! The wings were the right size but the flavor was lacking and they weren't crispy. The person who took our order was Extremely unwelcoming towards us and not helpful at all. She had a real ugh attitude and we will not return. Supposed to be the honey garlic.... very disappointed ."
