"It's not about eating, it's about service. it is a contribution to making people aware of what incase they order by an app in the restaurant I am a faithful customer to the place where I think for near 9 years my favorite food pizza best in the opposite) I have decided to do an order by an app. When I wanted to pick up the food, I changed my mind and wanted to sit and eat as the restaurant was empty and looked calm. but to my surprise I came to know that I don't order food through an app and decide to eat in the restaurant. I may order food on the phone as-take out and decide to sit on, but not by the app. the reason for such a decision by the restaurant/business is because they do not make enough money through the app so that the customer cannot sit and eat when food ordered via the app at the end of the day I totally agree that it is the business to decide about their services for customers. I was just disappointed and wanted to share my experience, so that you know what to expect. I wish I knew this before I had abandoned the order so that I would have put the order on the phone and would have eaten peacefully in the restaurant, or I wish the restaurant was not listed on the app so that the only way for me was to call the restaurant and the place order. I love the place for the pizza so I will continue to be a customer, but will be careful and better plan as I know what to expect when I order through the app"
