"Happy to stop by here for lunch! As a frequent visitor to Japan, I really recommend their buckwheat noodles! Although some little thing about other dishes that could be improved but overall worth to visit..!Noodles were really really outstanding, chewy but not soggy! And a ince I ordered Ten Zaru, the set came with shrimps tempura. Each of them was huge, crispy, and juicy inside..! AMAZING!For appetizer, I got sliced duck. It was tasty although slightly expensive.Last, matcha crème brûlée as dessert. I was a little bit sad because the burnt sugar didn’t go over all surface (as you may see in the photo, it only covered the middle part. The main cream part was good, a nice twist using matcha to change this European dessert.?Highly recommend to people who would like to have a meal alone. The space is cozy and chill even for single visitors. Would like to visit again for rice dishes..!"

"We enjoyed a feast SAKE Ramen Sushi Bar with a few members of the Utah Foodie Fam. To start the sushi was all really fresh and tasted awesome! "This place is a little tricky to get to. You have to walk to the side of the alley and go up stairs/elevator to get to the restaurant. It's a little weird but once you get into the restaurant, definitely has a high end vibe. We were greeted by a nice lady. She seated us outside as per our request since it was a nice day. My husband and I had a good experience here. We ordered some things that were from their specials such as, kanpachi kama (amberjack fish cheek), sea urchin nigiri. And other stuff from the menu such as monk fish liver, sweet shrimp nigiri (with fried heads), sweetheart roll, and lion king roll. All are small portions but with a very nice presentation. Everything had great flavor and high quality as each dish melted in your mouth! I really recommend the Kama as it was perfectly crispy, meaty and not overly seasoned. It doesn't come with rice, so I ordered that separately. It was definitely a pleasant experience and I want to have these dishes again ."
