"3 overall for my dinning experience considering the atmosphere here was fantastic. However food itself was only worth 2. To me, it's a bit over priced and Sashimi is not that fresh. It's the first time i saw some chefs will get together and took a pic on the plate they prepared before serving, it looked not that professional. Also it is the first time i had a bento box but rice is not included.<br>
PS, this is a Japanese restaurant run by all Korean."

"This was my first time when I returned to the owl house since my last negative review, which was definitely displaced due to the service. However, I returned here if I heard great things about the tasting with matching cries or cocktails, and I have to say ... I'm so impressed !! Grief

The outstanding dishes were the scallops, the Terrane, the lamb and the strawberries and the white chocolate dessert was only the sky !!!! I could eat the food for the rest of my life Haha <br>

Although combined with all cocktails and wine, we were undoubtedly full at the end. I loved it that you could switch between wine or cocktails on every dish, this is not very common for tastings, and there is nothing that leaves your meal with some oysters and sake! Grief

The service was also fantastic and despite our rowdiness, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I am now in love with this place and will come back!"

"Really love the atmosphere there.<br/>Vinegard mackerel is what i have been finding for years and finally I get to eat it in Syd!<br/>I would strongly recommend karage,omelet, crab miso paste and vinegard mackerel."

"I'm not in a position to rate the food very well as half the yakitori menu was sold out. At 6.30 on a Saturday I'm going to guess that sold out means someone forgot to put in an order. Quite disappointing when you specially make the trip to a restaurant for a few dishes and can't have what you want. I would love to be positive about the few yakitori we did have, but honestly they were average. Not bad, just not anything specially deserved of the hype. They were also very bad value for money, you will probably have to top up at Mr. Crackle across the road afterwards. I'm giving a generous 'average' rating as I didn't try a large sample of food and will give the benefit of the doubt. The plumb cocktail was delicious and a highlight, which speaks for the averageness of the yakitori."

"Go to the east in Japanese. Delicious food, good atmosphere and near transport. The karage is especially good and the Agadashi Tofu. Would recommend for friends, first dates etc. good idea to book as it is busy."
