"I had read about japan for some weeks and decided that I really had to know how okonomiyaki was. a friend and I went to Uma uma to lunch a week, I had the okonomiyaki and was retired, she had the unagi don and. was thrilled. as others have said, the compact area can sometimes become somewhat loud, and the menu can be a cloudy price, but highly recommended for authenticity and general ambiente."

"Tonight was my third dinner at Hato. I've tried 3 different ramens there Tonkatsu, beef brisket and foie gras. Tonkatsu so far is my favorite. Tonight, my Mojito and chicken karaage were also delicious. The sake in my Mojito was not overpowering, and my karaage was not greasy. My server Miguel spoke fluent English, and was super friendly and helpful. Undoubtedly, I will return."

"On our way to eat somewhere else, we drove by this place and made a quick decision to stop here and have lunch instead because we had heard that it was good. We started with drinks and a seaweed roll, and then each of us...ordered a different lunch item. My friend had shrimp in a very interesting ginger sauce and wrapped into rice noodles, and I had Pad Thai. We both thought they (as well as the seaweed roll) were excellent. Our service was very good, too prompt, courteous and friendly. I would definitely eat here again on my next trip into Guadalajara."

"It's nice to sit, but the wok I ordered was under the average. mushy rice, quite tasteless dish and rather smaller part. Maybe the sandwiches are better. but can not recommend the woks."

"Después de muchos años , un viaje a Guadalajara regresé Suehiro, para mí el mejor restaurante de comida japonesa, el lugar increíble con su jardín japonés interno, lo riegan simulando lluvia, el servicio muy bueno como siempre, y del menú los conos de su creación como el 91 , el Pacheco y el de jaibita. No falta un gran menú de comida japonesa y sus mesas de Tepanyaki con acrobacias de los cocineros. Excelente lo recomiendo ampliamente."
