"Celebrate childhood friend 's birthday at Volcano. 1st time there. Chef Chai personally made recommendations. We tried the grilled pork belly, BBQ lamb and aged sirloin beef. Was surprised our 'mains ' came with a soup (onion) and charsiew puree with salad. All the meats were delicious and perfectly cooked. A nice, fruity french red wine accompanied our meal. Another surprise came: a cake with a special sparkling candle for our birthday girl. Chef threw in kopi too. Thank you so much Chef Chai and your team."
