"Wonderful experience. when entering the glass doors of the second floor we were greeted by a friendly staff member to confirm our Sunday evening meal reservation. a spacious L-shaped dining room, spacious by the Japanese standard of the second floor, led us to our table opposite the entrance. the personal was extremely good for our English and basic japaner and has even provided an English menu. we have decided to share the recommended two person meat course with an salad and rice. the meats were over delicious with the rich fat bud and thick cuts. the employees explained each cut to us and even gave suggestions to order. the wagyu sashimi was a welcome surprise to begin our succulent and bottom right debt pleasure of a meal. our meal saw us refining on various fat and slim cuts from the ribs on the gutter until we could not eat anymore. book their dinner reservations as it was busy relatiw and is sure that it is worth the trip and the price. much fun."

"My friends and I all agreed that this was our favorite meal in japan, and with a great playroom. the eating was amazing (they get a great variety, including cobe bark meeres fruits in Aji course) and the intimate setting they can see every step of the cooking process as he prepares every dish. he is also incredibly friendly and takes the time to explain each court. he told me he hopes that people from all over the world will visit his restaurant, so no matter where they come from, they know that they are welcome in k’s kitchen!"

"So a great place. people around me call me a beer lover and to be brought by friends here, I don't want to go back. only there is a huge selection of beer, but the bartender is such a cool guy that simply adds to the experience. next time I'm back in japan, I'm glad to pack a pint here"

"Very quiet and empty bar. A bit pricey for a cocktail, but you’re paying for the atmosphere. The owner/bartender was a bit pretentious in his attitude but that’s the vibe he’s going for. Great quiet place to bring your boss, perhaps."

"This is a very special experience that is focused on the food. Straight up first-rate A5 Kobe beef, grilled veggies, and rice. No jingles and bells. The chef is there grilling and cutting right in front of you and focused on you and your food. The place is nothing fancy but the service and experience is still levels above what you get in your typical fine dining restaurant in Japan. Highly recommended. Ps. Looking through the reviews, the only bad ratings are because people wanted to eat there, walked in, and didn’t get a table. Yes. It is a small, simple, chef restaurant with few seats and you will need a reservation. Nothing wrong or unfair with that people!"
